Installation and Debugging
A feed tower is a storage device suitable for large and medium farms. The feeding equipment is provided at its outlet and has the function of regularly transporting feed to the piggery. Our common tower is composed of silo body, silo clamshell, ladder and column. The feed tower is not actually a cylinder, because the lower cone has a perspective hole, so you can observe the height of the feed in the bin.
Pan feeding system
Feed pan is ideal for whole raising period from brooding to slaughter.The suitable pan height is easy to get feed.360° feed distribution improve uniformity.Special designed feed cone with wings prevents feed waste.Adjustable feeding line of optional position for different period birds When cleaning,easy to lift.
Nipple drinker
Patent design double-sealed nipple drinkers with drip cups can prevent water leakage, then keep the padding feed dry and ensure the chicks’ health. Precision-machined Stainless steel stem and high quality PP shell , anti-corrosion.Two different specification can satisfy broiler and breeder’s normal water drinking.
Ventilation fan
The butterfly shutters make less air resistance,better sealing,easy to clean.The air leakage rate is about 75% less than ordinary shutter.Air volume is 15% higher than normal fan,thus less fans are requested.The frame dimension is the same as box fan.No additional work should be done for replacing old fans.
Poultry cages
Zinc-aluminium coating of all wire parts (cage fronts, bottom wires and lateral partitions) → 3 to 4 times better protection against corrosion compared to galvanized wire.Air duct for fresh air supply to the birds and for the production of dry manure (optional) → significantly reduced ammonia emissions.
Plastic slat
Special designed holes, keep slat clean and no-touch with birds.There is no blind angle, easy for cleaning,avoid insert problem. Cooling system
Cooling system is designed with water reusing and automatic water replenishing device, Saving cost from investing in water reuse system for customer.Trough with flow leading plate,ensure a uniform soaking of pad,and get the best cooling effect.Easy replacement of cooling pad paper.Dismantable structure is convenience for cleaning water pipe.
